Call or email us directly with your event date, occasion and how many guests you are looking to feed. To guarantee your event date we recommend placing your order as soon as possible and at least 48 hours in advance.

For all pick-up and delivery orders, we kindly request payment in advance. This can be done by invoice, over the phone or in store.

With advance notice you are welcome to pre order non-weekly flavors of cupcakes with purchasing the baked batch minimum, which is typically 12-18 cupcakes depending  on the flavor. Additional costs will apply.

We offer delivery and set-up services for special and large events, such as weddings. We offer local delivery for orders of one dozen or more if staffing permits. Delivery fees will apply. Call in advance for availability.

Cupcake Heaven does offer mini cupcakes! They are available by pre-order in quantities of 2 dozen minis per flavor. Mini Cupcakes start at $54 for 2 dozen of one flavor. Call the shop directly for flavor options.

We currently offer Gluten Friendly Cupcakes in store daily. We make every effort to keep these cupcakes free from gluten however, we cannot guarantee there will not be cross contamination from other cupcakes in the shop. Please keep in mind we are not a gluten-free or nut-free facility. 

We recommend that you store your cupcakes at room temperature in an airtight container. If you will be consuming your cupcakes more than 24 hours after purchasing them, we recommend freezing them. They will be good for up to 14 days after the day of  purchase. To thaw them, leave them at room temperature for 2–3 hours before they are to be served.

We do not offer formal tastings since we offer 12 flavors daily in store. If there is a particular flavor you were wanting to taste, you can call the shop to find out when it will be available.
