Call or email us with your event date, the occasion, and how many guests you're looking to feed. To guarantee your event date, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible + at least 48 hours in advance.

For all orders, we kindly request payment in advance. This can be done through an online invoice or in-store.

With advance notice you're welcome to order non-weekly flavors with the baked-batch minimum — typically 12 to 18 cupcakes depending on the flavor. Additional costs will apply.

We offer delivery and set-up services for special and large events such as weddings or corporate events. Local delivery is available through DoorDash from our Haymarket and Marshall locations. Local delivery is available from our Lexington shop if staffing permits. Delivery fees apply — call in advance to check availability.

Yes! Mini cupcakes are available by pre-order in quantities of two dozen minis per flavor. They start at $57 for 2 dozen of a single flavor. Call the shop directly for flavor options and to place an order.

Our kitchens contain wheat, egg, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and sesame. While some cupcakes do not contain these allergens, there is always a possibility of cross-contamination. We make every effort to separate ingredients and be cautious when handling these items, but we cannot guarantee any product to be allergen-free due to the close quarters of our workspaces. Our cupcakes are best enjoyed the day of your purchase! Cupcakes should be stored at room temperature in an airtight container, for up to 2 days. If you'll be eating them more than 24 hours after purchase, we recommend freezing them — they'll keep for up to 14 days. Thaw at room temperature for 2–3 hours before serving.

We do not offer formal tastings since we serve 12 flavors daily in store. If there is a particular flavor you'd like to try, give your local store a call to find out when it will be available.

We do not currently offer any dairy-free, sugar-free, or vegan cupcakes. We do offer gluten-friendly cupcakes and fruit bars.

The majority of our products do not contain peanuts or tree nuts! However, there are still peanuts and tree nuts in our kitchens. We take all possible measures and precautions to prevent cross-contamination, but there is always a risk due to the existence of nuts within our stores.
